Important Terms & Policies for BBB Memberships

🗓 Lesson Scheduling

• Lessons must be scheduled in advance and completed within the month of billing.

• Unused lessons do not roll over or transfer to future months.

• Scheduling is subject to instructor availability

💳 Billing & Payments

• Memberships are billed automatically every month on your sign-up date.

• All payments are non-refundable once processed.

• Discounts and member pricing apply only while your membership is active and in good standing.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

• Cancellations made after renewal will apply to the following month.

• If you need to reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24 hours’ notice — otherwise it may be forfeited.

⚠️ No-Show Policy

• No-shows or same-day cancellations count as a completed lesson.

• Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the instructor’s discretion.

🔒 Safety & Liability

• All participants must sign BBB’s safety and liability waiver before their first lesson.

• Safety violations or failure to follow instructor directions can result in immediate dismissal without refund.

🇺🇸 Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

• A valid government-issued ID is required prior to training.

• All participants must be legally eligible to handle and possess a firearm under federal and state law.

📸 Media & Content

• By participating in lessons or events, members grant permission for Bonnie’s Bullets and Barrels LLC to use photos or short video clips taken during training for promotional or social media purposes (you can opt out by notifying in writing).
